The State of Colorado and Colorado Brownfields Foundation invites your organization to

The annual conference, the largest of its kind in Colorado, attracts over 240 attendees representing
private and public industries and the government from across Colorado and the surrounding states.
The conference focuses on creating a forum to share information, form partnerships, and learn about
innovative approaches to brownfields redevelopment.

available. Exhibitor set-up information will be sent out upon receiving your completed sponsorship
form.
Tax Benefits
CBF is tax-exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and it is eligible to receive
charitable donations for federal income tax purposes. CBF is approved as a Colorado Enterprise
Zone Contribution Project by the Colorado Economic Development Commission and can provide
Colorado Income Tax Credits for in-kind and cash contributions under Colorado Revised Statutes
39-30-103.5. Your sponsorship may qualify for tax deductions and state tax credits; Please consult
your tax advisor to determine your eligible benefits.
Deadlines
August 15, 2008: We need a completed registration form with payment
August 22, 2008: Email an electronic version of your company/organization logo (high
resolution JPEG or PDF) to Raena@ColoradoBrownfieldsFoundation.org
October 10, 2008: Sponsors should send in registration information for all complimentary
registrations
