*Green Conference: It is our intent to reduce paper at this conference, while still providing attendees with the information
they need. With this in mind, we decided to be somewhere between kill-the-forest and completely paperless:
We will put all presentations up at the conference web site a week before the conference. Please submit your
presentations and handouts to us in ELECTRONIC FORMAT so that we can put them online. We will also print copies to
handout at your session.
IF YOU CANNOT GET US YOUR MATERIALS BY THE DEADLINE, please bring along 50 copies to hand out at your
session.
The deadline for presentations and handouts is Friday, November 7, 2008.
Your presentation room will be equipped with an LCD projector (for PowerPoint presentations). If you choose to use a
PowerPoint presentation we would ask you to give us the presentation no later than Friday, November 7, 2008 so we can
load it onto a single computer. This will enable us to save time and move quickly from one presentation to the next.
The conference will be held on November 20, 2008: 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. (reception to follow) and November 21, 2008:
8:30 a.m. to 4:20 p.m. at the Red Lion Hotel in Aurora, CO. Please click here for more conference information.
