CBF engages and coordinates environmental consultants on behalf of a community, for either publicly- or privately-owned sites, to complete environmental assessments.
Single sites or area-wide assessments for main streets, industrial districts, business parks, or other geographic areas can be addressed.
CBF will facilitate educational forums in that community as appropriate to the situation.
Colorado Brownfields Revolving Loan Fund (CBRLF) Assistance[Go To] CBF has been engaged by the CBRLF to provide assistance to parties interested in applying for cleanup loans to address an identified environmental condition.
Grant Resources CBF can assist communities with grant proposals and grant program administration.
Enterprise Zone Tax Credits As an approved Colorado Enterprise Zone Contribution Project, CBF can provide tax credits for property and cash donations toward cleanup projects.

Manzanola, CO, Environmental Due Diligence Grant Recipient: CBF commissioned a phase I assessment, developed an environmental plan to enable renovation of a former train depot into a new town hall and senior center, and helped the Town obtain additional grant funds for cleanup.
Archuleta County, CO, Environmental Due Diligence Grant Recipient: CBF commissioned an All Appropriate Inquiry compliant phase I assessment and evaluated environmental issues in positioning a former highway maintenance site in Pagosa Springs for commercial redevelopment.
